Horses & Dreams meets France finished with a super exciting round of jumping, the Prize of Deutsche Kreditbank AG, also the first leg of the BEMER Riders Tour. And it was by no means easy to jump a clear round today, only five combinations went clear, among them Ludger Beerbaum and Casello. However, the 13 best riders of the first round were allowed to compete in the winning round and so riders that had a fault in the earlier course also had a chance to win. And the final round was tough.

The first combinations for the Louisdor-Prize Final

Horses & Dreams meets France was the first leg for the Louisdor-Prize Final for eight- to ten-year-old dressage horses. The first combinations to progress to the final round in the Frankfurter Festhalle are Senta Kirchhoff (Menden) and l’Arbuste, a nine-year-old Oldenburger gelding with Danish breeding (Skovens Rafael x Zardin Firfod), and riding master Hubertus Schmidt (Borchen) with the nine-year-old Westphalian stallion Bonamour by Bonifatius out of a mare by Rousseau.

(Hagen a.T.W.) In just three weeks Horses & Dreams meets France will get started! The event will once again unite top level sports, lifestyle, and culture at Hof Kasselmann from April 24th to 28th 2019 under the motto France.

The first Grand Prix of Horses & Dreams meets France at Hof Kasselmann provided plenty of reason to smile for the hosts: The prize of Helenenhof, Family Schwiebert, the qualification for the Grand Prix Freestyle on Saturday was won by Hof Kasselmann rider Frederic Wandres and his top horse, Duke of Britain (Dimaggio x Rubinstein I). The combination has enjoyed a great season, the shooting stars of 2018 scored two wins at World Cup level. The World Cup decision is always based on the Freestyle, and Wandres will perform his winning freestyle test with the high level of difficulty of 9.9 on Saturday night.

A French rider, Julien Epaillard, has won Friday afternoon’s two-phase jumping competition, the Prize of A. Rawie GmbH & Co. KG. Riding the Diamant de Semilly-son Safari d’Auge he placed ahead of Egyptian rider Karim Elzoghby and Amalia. Third place went to David Will (Herford) and Spring Dark.

The hots Paul Schockemöhle and Ullrich Kasselmann succeeded once again in putting together a collection of one thriller after another. 50 one of a kind horses, of which each one is a unique diamond, were sold to clients from all around the world! Even though the preparation was flawless, Ulli Kasselmann, as host, breeder, and seller, always feels the pressure: “These days you never know where things are going, and how the buyers will react, we have however found that the name P.S.I. carries great weight worldwide.”
